Baking

I did some more baking for the family today and I'm EXHAUSTED!! I haven't even done that much really. Although, I had to make a 2 lb. pan of Macaroni & Cheese for Beau for the PACU's Christmas party on Thursday. Then I had to make Alli's class a 1 lb. pan of Macaroni & Cheese for the 5th Grade Luncheon yesterday. I've been baking in between a little and today we made a batch of cookies and some Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. Ya know, everything tastes SO good, but my figure doesn't need it right now! I guess I better get my treadmill back from my best friend! ;-) I really want to get back into running, but I can't bear to get my butt outside in the cold! ;-)
